The mission of SCAD Alliance is to be the leader in advancing the science of Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection (SCAD) through improved knowledge and cooperation among health care professionals, patients and their families. Join us today!

As an all-volunteer organization, money SCAD Alliance raises goes directly to supporting our core programs including:

❤ Advancing SCAD research - SCAD Alliance funds the iSCAD Registry, our independent, multi-center national registry. Since its start in 2019, we have 19 sites enrolling and over 800 participating SCAD patients. This large-scale research, with sites across the entire United States, is the best way to quickly advance the science of SCAD.

❤ Educating Clinicians - Did you know we attend national conferences every year, including the Scientific Sessions of the American College of Cardiology - one of the largest cardiology conferences with over 18,000 attendees? We also give presentations to Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics, and other medical groups.

❤ Supporting Patients - As patients ourselves, SCAD survivors are at the heart of everything we do. Our Ask the Experts webinar series, brochures, sharing new research and engaging on social media keeps patients informed and supported at every stage of their recovery.
